What does it mean to have a healthy lifestyle?
To many people this means eating less red meat, maybe drinking less, going for a run a few days a week, and these are all wonderful. But there’s still one big factor that few remember: the mind. Most of us know about the dangers of stress…but are too stressed by other things to worry about it. This must change! We need to be proactive about our mental health, as individuals and as a society. There is no reason to view our lives in extremes…we really can have it all!
